ABOUT US

James Arrington is a mediator, conflict coach, and advocate who believes that every dispute holds the potential for understanding and growth. He founded James Arrington LLC in 2025 to help individuals and organizations navigate conflict with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

For nearly a decade, James has served with CASA of Williamson County, standing up for the best interests of children in foster care as a court-appointed guardian ad litem. His work blends empathy and advocacy—giving voice to those who need it most.

Before entering the legal world, James’s first stage was a literal one. A Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from McMurry University (2009) taught him the power of storytelling, which he now channels into helping people tell their stories in mediation and the courtroom. He later earned a Master’s in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University (2016) and a law degree from Mitchell | Hamline School of Law (2024), where he served as Engagement Editor for Volume 50 of the Law Review and as a student attorney in the Child Welfare Clinic.

At his core, James brings warmth, wit, and a deep sense of purpose to his work—believing that resolution isn’t just about ending conflict, but transforming it.
